art work: first stage
Four has invented a new artform. Each piece is carefully planned and executed. The "guys" and beasts and various mythologicals are placed just so, in a container chosen for its shape and size. Water is then added, and into the freezer it goes.
He's done many of these installations--an early one was contained entirely within a big blue water bottle with a small top opening. In this most recent work, he chose a clear container with a wide top so he could decant it once it was all frozen.
