DTC!!!!!!!!! As of last Thursday, no less. Sept. 21, 2006.
Hooooraaaaayyyyy!!!!! My agency totally rocks!!!!!!!
Ok, I'll stop shouting now. "DTC" means "dossier to China." A DTC date is the date that all the paperwork, with all the bells and whistles conceivable and inconceivable by humankind stapled to its various and many pages, gets sent to China. Some agencies take a while to do the turn around.
Mine got it on Wednesday and sent to to China on Thursday.
Children's House International Waiting Child China program. It just does NOT get better.
