he did it!
Five finally did it!
He had a whole day at his day camp during which he broke not one single rule.
Not even one.
What does this mean to me?
It means my sweet clever smart annoying loving wayward determined silly anxious wonderboy does have it in him to be "mainstreamed." He will be able to go to public school and satisfy his deep social cravings (and acquire his usual string of female admirers) after he becomes proficient enough in Braille that I can trust him to the few hours a week of training he'd get from the itinerant Braille teacher.
What does this mean to the now-ungrounded Five?
"Mom, MOM! I get to have CANDY Mom! And watch Sagwa! And stay up late like Six and Four!!!!"
Hey, ya gotta have priorities.
